If you don't need your subscription anymore, just let it expire and it will be canceled automatically.

Both PRO and MULTI subscriptions include 17,000+ channels, VoD, VIP Channels, TV Guide and allow unlimited devices, but with PRO you can watch 1 channel at a time while with MULTI you can watch 2 channels.

Notes:

  • You can change your MAC address at any time on the Client Area.
  • Only 1 MAC Address can be registered per subscription, including on Multi-User subscriptions.
  • STB stands for Set-Top Box (MAG, Enigma2, Octagon, etc.) - authenticated via MAC Address using a Stalker Portal.

NO, but it depends if your ISP censors IPTV. BT, Telefonica and Virgin censor IPTV and you'll need a VPN to watch our channels.

Buffering (freezing) is related to the speed and stability of your internet connection, not to our streaming servers with 10Gb upload links.

The most common causes are low or unstable internet, other users hogging bandwidth, wrong LAN setup, or weak WiFi signal.

Anti-Buffering Tips:

  • Connect via ethernet cable, powerline adaptor or strong WiFi (N/AC)
  • Move your device closer to the router if using WiFi
  • Change your WiFi channel to avoid interference
  • Stop downloads on the local network (torrents, YouTube, etc.)
  • Disconnect other devices that may be downloading updates
  • Use a VPN if your ISP throttles IPTV traffic
  • Try a different IPTV player app
  • Restart your internet router and IPTV device
  • Press "pause" for 10-15 seconds and resume

A minimum connection speed of 25 Mbps is highly recommended. Test your internet stability at ping.canbeuseful.com.
