Sama'a Al-Hamdani is an independent writer, researcher & analyst Focusing on Yemeni politics and women affairs. She is currently a fellow with Sana'a Center for Strategic Studies (SCSS). She was a guest on several NPR Radios, BBC World Service, The Voice of Russia Radio, and Sputnik Radio. She was also a guest on several political podcasts like Follow the Money and Middle East Week. She served as a panelist at several institutions including Chatham House, Brookings Institute, Carnegie's Middle East Center, the World Affairs Council of Greater Houston and the Issam Fares Center of Lebanon. Al-Hamdani was a TedxSanaa speaker in November 2013 and currently resides in Washington DC.
